When does the program start?

On December 30th, you’ll receive an email with access to the community, along with training and nutrition programs. Our first community call is on January 3rd. Pratik and Erik will review the first training and nutrition module and answer any questions you may have.

What if I can’t make the community calls?

All community calls are recorded and shared within the community. In addition, Pratik and Erik will answer your questions in the community forum.

Do I have to follow a special diet (e.g., paleo, vegan, etc)?

Pratik’s nutrition plans are flexible and allow you to choose from various foods that best fit your palette.
